PAYMENT POLICY:
Payment is due at the time the order is placed. Each item shown on the page is made to order. Please allow 7-14 business days for certain orders prior to shipping. Due to COVID-19 and slower shipping times, some orders may take longer. Once your order has been completed, you will receive a message with tracking information with an updated picture of your design.
All rush orders will require an extra $50 that will be applied to your order. Please also be advised that a rush order does not guarantee that shipping time will be shorter. If you are in need of expedited shipping, please contact me. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Custom orders are available. To inquire or place a custom order, please use the “Contact Us” tab on the page, and you will be contacted within 24-48 hours. (Not including weekends and holidays). Please be advised that the turn around time for custom orders is 2-6 weeks not including weekends or holidays from the time your payment is received. Some customs items may be received sooner than our expected turnaround time. Payment in full is required on ALL orders. Because all of the furniture at Secret Compartment Furniture is handmade, there may be some slight imperfections. Most of all our items are custom or is handmade, there may be some slight imperfections. These imperfections in no way affect the quality of the pieces and can actually make them more special. These small imperfections are usually not noticeable and hard to spot . Not every piece will have an imperfection, but it is important to understand that anything handmade/ custom could be different each time. Learn to love these imperfections because of their uniqueness.

Custom/Personalized Product Orders CAN'T BE CANCELLED, RETURNED OR REFUNDED:

Each custom product is made specifically to your specifications and as a result, your orders can't be modified, cancelled or returned.

Once we send you an email, you will have a chance to review your design choices and make changes before your product is started. This is very important because a customized/personalized product cannot be returned and your purchase is non-refundable. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT before you proceed with emailing us all information.

If you want to make a correction or just change things up, you can do so before we start your order.  Once you are satisfied, remember to review your changes carefully because a custom product cannot be returned. 

Your custom/personalized product is made to order just for you and we cannot accept returns. The exception is if the product was made incorrectly.

We assume no responsibility for any harm or injury resulting from the sale, trade, use or handling of any product purchased from us. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and or use, of any item purchased.

RETURN POLICY:
Returns/Exchanges/Refunds/Cancellations: We are not currently accepting any returns or exchanges. All sales are finals and refunds will not be issued. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible for a resolution.
Orders may only be canceled up to 24 hours after it is placed. After 24 hours, please be advised that the order is in the process of being made, and can no longer be canceled.
If an item is too small or big, refunds will not be provided. However; you may send us a message for an alternate solution at our discretion. Please be advised that unisex clothing is used and they are true to size.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Order fulfillment and shipping dates are not combined dates and should not be merged together. We typically ship using FIRST CLASS MAIL. Generally, first class shipping takes 3-7 business days.
*We are not responsible for delays by USPS, UPS or lost packages.

Please be advised that due to COVID-19, delays may occur. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or lost packages. Each item comes with insurance to cover your purchase. In the event that a package is lost, a claim will need to be filed with USPS/UPS. However; if your items arrived damaged, please contact us via email at mathismakesitkreations@gmail.com or by using the “Message” button on the page within 24 hours of your items being received.
INFORMATION COLLECTED:
All information collected via this page, is solely for internal use and is not sold or given to any 3rd parties, by Mathis Makes It Kreations staff. Items created and sold by Mathis Makes It Kreations may be used as advertisement of work, on our marketing outlets.
